What you'll do
- Wash dishes, glassware and kitchen equipment; keep wash and prep areas spotless
- Assist chefs with basic food prep (washing, peeling, portioning)
- Take in deliveries, rotate stock and keep cool rooms and stores tidy
- Follow cleaning schedules and food-safety and hygiene standards
About you
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn — no experience required
- Able to stay on your feet and keep pace during a busy service
- Reliable and punctual, a good team player
- Available for evenings and weekends
