We're looking for an HR Manager to lead people and culture across Aspire Hospitality Group's venues.
What you'll do
- Own the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding
- Advise managers on performance, employee relations and Fair Work / award compliance
- Drive engagement, retention and a positive workplace culture
- Maintain HR systems, policies, records and WHS obligations
About you
- Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-site retail
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and relevant awards (HIGA an advantage)
- Approachable, pragmatic and confident advising at all levels
- Strong organisation and discretion with confidential matters
