Aspire Hospitality Group is seeking an Engagement, Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to lead procurement, supplier relationships and the flow of goods across our venues.
What you'll do
- Manage purchasing, supplier relationships and contract negotiation
- Optimise inventory, ordering and logistics across multiple sites
- Drive cost savings, quality and reliability of supply
- Partner with venue and kitchen teams on stock, par levels and deliveries
About you
- Procurement, supply-chain or logistics experience (hospitality or food an advantage)
- Strong negotiation, supplier-management and analytical skills
- Comfortable with inventory and ERP systems
- Organised, commercially minded and a strong communicator
